Introduction

Welcome to Murvara. Scrummin LLC (“Scrummin LLC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Murvara mobile and web applications, related websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and profile settings you provide when you sign up or manage your account.
• User content: audio recordings, transcripts, written notes, user notes on recorded sessions, attachments, folder organization, AI-generated notes, action-item status and comments, Communicate and Research Q&A, and version-history snapshots you create or sync.
• API and billing data: if you use Murvara AI credits or subscription billing, we process payment-related metadata through Stripe (web) or Apple App Store / Google Play (mobile). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and diagnostics: feature usage, error logs, device type, browser, app version, and similar technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Support communications: information you send when contacting us at info@murvara.com.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service.
• Authenticate you, sync your library across devices when signed in, and manage subscriptions and AI credit balances.
• Transcribe audio, generate AI notes, and run Communicate or Research Q&A when you invoke those features.
• Respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
• Detect abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve reliability, performance, and product design.

We do not sell your personal information or the content of your notes.

Local storage and cloud sync

Murvara stores content on your device. When you sign in with an active subscription, encrypted copies of your library and account settings may sync to our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) so you can access them on other devices.

You can delete local library items from the app. You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data in the app under Account → Security → Delete Account, or by contacting us. Deletion is subject to backup and legal retention limits.

Third-party processors

• Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions.
• OpenAI — transcription and related AI features when you use them.
• Anthropic — AI note generation, Communicate, and Research when you use them.
• Stripe — web subscription and credit-pack checkout.
• Apple / Google / RevenueCat — mobile subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Their privacy policies and terms apply to that processing.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
